Memberships at Atelier provide access to discounted rates for studio facilities, classes, and workshops.
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Memberships automatically renew after one year unless the User provides one month’s notice of their intention to cancel.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Membership benefits, including discounts, are subject to change at Atelier’s discretion.
Users are not required to be members to participate in Atelier classes and programs.
Non-members may join as members at any time to enjoy discounted rates and other benefits.
Cancellation and Make-Up Classes
Atelier understands that schedules can change. Our updated cancellation policy is as follows:
Classes: Users may reschedule classes or schedule make-up sessions if they cancel more than 48 hours before the class. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 30 days of the missed class.
Workshops: Full refunds are available with at least 7 days’ notice. For cancellations within 7 days, a 50% refund is provided. No refunds are available for cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop.
Masterclasses: These are non-refundable.
If a User cancels within 48 hours of a class, no rescheduling or make-up options are available. Make-ups may be used within the same class, applied to another class, or donated to another student or the Atelier Scholarship Fund.
Tuition
Tuition is billed monthly on the first of each month and covers one class per week.
If a fifth class occurs within a month, an additional charge applies for the extra session.
Tuition fees are non-refundable. However, make-up classes are available with proper notice.
Certain classes, workshops, and camps may include additional fees for materials or models.
Monthly payments renew automatically unless a User withdraws with one month’s notice before the next billing cycle.
